In this course you will learn how to respond to medical emergencies in a fun, relaxed and practical way, which can be very useful in your daily life. You will learn to provide First Aid for accidents and acute illnesses.

The Emergency First Responder course consists of:

● mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and heart resuscitation

● handling a defibrillator

● assessing for injuries and stopping serious bleeding.

● illness assessment

● making bandages and splinting fractures

By obtaining your EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONDER certification, divers have also fulfilled a condition to start the PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Divemaster course.

The EFR license is valid for 2 years. You can keep it valid by doing an EFR update within those 2 years. In this update the skills are repeated and refreshed.
